The village hall is hired out on a hourly basis for events, parties and clubs. Please ensure that you include time to set up and clean up afterwards in your booking time. Regular bookings for clubs are welcome. 

Events in the hall on a  Friday or Saturday night are hired out from 6pm until 12 midnight. Weekend evening event bookings include up until 10am the following morning to ensure the hall is left properly clean and tidy. 

Longer term bookings for the village hall, such as election polling or sponsored events are priced individually depending on the requirements. Please contact the committee using the details below.

Fundraiser events for Onibury Church, Primary School and playgroup are offered a reduced rate of £5 per hour for the duration of the event. The committee are willing to consider concessions for other Onibury based charitable activities (e.g. a lent lunch).

Other organisations running events in the village that want to make use of the car park - or groups who want to use the car park as a meeting point to leave cars - can request to book the car park through the online booking calendar, phone or email. Each request to use the car park will be taken on a case by case basis. The committee is likely to request a donation if the booking is for commercial purposes.
